The ITG 700 inspection system 700 detects, classifies and records optical defects in the manufacturing of
opaque films on both the top and the bottom surfaces.
The errors are automatically classified in error classes such as Specks / Gels, burns, fisheye,
impurities, wrinkles, holes or flies. The images of these faults are stored for further evaluation.
The system is able distinguish between a fly and a black spec. with these functions the operator
can classify the errors using the error images, into error patterns and type.
The ITG 700 permits subsequent analysis of failure modes, error data, error characteristics and the roll protocols. In the error report (MAP), the faults in the roll (also gray-scale images) are symbolically represented. The report contains the roll number, the amount of faults, (also per m²). The flaws are sorted by size class / type and the location of the error is displayed in the machine direction and transverse to the direction). The system prints use / interface-related quality protocols. For critical errors e.g. a defined number of errors per m² or type the system can give a signal. Triggering an alarm lamp, horn or stopping a winder. The system includes a recipe management. Any number of inspection recipes can be created. BDE data can be automatically uploaded to the inspection system. The ITG 700 has digital inputs for reel change signal, encoder signal or stop inspection and digital outputs (e.g. controlling the alarm lamp at critical error situations). | ||||||||||||||||||||
